The location is unbeatable, just steps from the mosque. Our executive suite was spacious and had a modern touch, making our stay so comfortable. We loved that grocery shopping was effortless with Bin Dawood right at the entrance. The staff were accommodating, especially during check-in.

The spacious suite was perfectly suited for families, featuring a well-equipped kitchen which allowed for easy meal preparation. Location is unbeatable, with direct access to shopping and dining options right outside. there was a persistent shortage of towels, and the furniture felt somewhat dated despite the cleanliness. While the daily cleaning service was appreciated, it could benefit from more consistency.

Unbeatable Location with Room for Improvement
The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to the Haram, making it perfect for pilgrims. The suite was spacious, though I found the cleaning service inconsistent as it wasn't done daily. I also had some issues with water leaks in the shower which were uncomfortable.

Perfect location & amazing service!
We really enjoyed our stay! The location is unbeatable, just a few steps to the mosque. The staff was super friendly, especially Abdur Rahman who helped us out so much. The room was spacious and had great views. Just wish the WiFi was a bit stronger during peak hours.

Had a boss stay, la! The suite was well clean and the staff were dead sound, especially Mr Soliaman Haque. The only downside was that the TV lounge had a bad odour from the exhaust, which was a bit off-putting.

Target audience suitable family stay
The location here is just incredible! ! We had easy access to all the entrances to the nearby site, and that convenience made everything so much simpler for our family. Plus, the housekeeping was prompt and attentive, they responded to our requests with a surprising speed that made us feel cared for.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but was still a satisfactory experience considering the perks.
